🔒 1. Custom Order Policy
*All custom bracelet orders are made-to-order and begin production after payment is received.
*Design approval (if applicable) is required before production. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made.
*If the bracelet is ordered from the listed inventory it will be shipped out promptly after 1-3 days of processing.
*Please double-check spelling, sizes, or design choices when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
🔄 2. Return & Exchange Policy
*Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
*Incorrect (not matching the approved design)
*Damaged upon arrival
*To request a return or replacement, contact us within 1 day of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
⏱️ 3. Production & Shipping Time
*Production typically takes [1-10] business days, depending on order volume. However, if there is a major order we can discuss if further time is necessary.
*Shipping times vary by location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
*We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information.
🛠️ 4. Repair & Warranty Policy Of Bracelets
*We do not offer a warranty on craftsmanship. If your bracelet breaks due to a manufacturing defect (which will be honestly decided at our discretion after investigation), we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
*Damage due to improper handling, water exposure, or wear and tear is not covered.

*For longevity, avoid exposing the bracelet to water, chemicals, or prolonged sunlight.
